Udang Galah masak gulai ketumbar Che Wah

This recipe is inherited from my mother in law.

Ingredients:

Udang galah 15-20 pieces

Bumbu to be blended:
Garlic 5 pieces
Shallot 6 pieces
Tumeric 1 inch
Lemon grass 2 pieces
Powdered coriander 1 tablespoon (heap)

Saute all the ingredients in heated oil. Leave it until fragrant. Then add 5 tablespoon full of blended chilli. Let it fry until fragrant. Next add in udang galah, 2 glasses of water and cut potatoes. Let it simmer until the potatoes are soft. Then, add in a packet of concentrated coconot milk and cut fresh tomatoes. Add in salt and seasonings to taste. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes. Then Walla, done and ready tobe served.

  3. Powdered coriander tu ketumbar serbuk. Actually kalau pakai ketumbar biji lagi ngam. Kena tumbuk halus. Byk la kerja sikit.

  4. he he...baca nak cepat je,careless.kak ana,saya tak ada udang la so saya nak guna resipi ni utk sotong coz ada sotong je.harap2 menjadi le.ketumbar biji byk. Macam chef wan kata,org kita ni suka sangat megolah resipi....huhu...

  5. Waa~ resipi nenek rupenye. nampak cam senang je. Nak try la camni...

    Tp bab2 merasa nie saye x pandai sgt, so mmg x ske biler resipi ckp add in salt to taste, sbb bg saye taste die mmg ok je. So cane nak bajet?? Plus, seasoning is?

  6. Ala nana, garam tu letak la 1 sudu dulu then rasa. Kalau letak kentang byk, garam lebih sikit coz kentang serap garam. Seasoning tu serbuk perasa. Ajinomoto ke...taulah nenek n uncle mesti nak taruh aji kalau masak. Tukang masak ikut je..
